Sounds reasonable. Now some exact setting is not very easy to find but the future filter/search feature will help a lot. Still, some settings are split into small dialogs, namely "Code templates" and "Codetools defines editor" + settings registered by packages. They don't match with the design goal of centralized settings. Maybe the plan is to unite them, I don't know. If the menu had only 2 items (Options and Scan FPC dir), it should be deleted and the items moved elsewhere. Now it has more items and potentially still more coming from packages. I feel the changes so far made the menus more logical and intuitive.
