Bug 0009869 (under windows) has been fixed only for the case when
Application.MainFormOnTaskBar = True.
1- What about if it Application.MainFormOnTaskBar= false? What should
the behaviour of the popup menu be?
2- Shouldn't Application.MainFormOnTaskBar be true by default?
3- In Linux (Ubuntu 11.04), Application.MainFormOnTaskBar has no effect.
The form name will appear in the taskbar and the popup menu is complete.
