Any human activity is subject to human error.
Yes, but the help output is especially evolved with human activity (e.g. if one adds a new target one needs to remember to add the new target to the help output as well) and considering that the help output is rather easily forgotten it's in my opinion rather unlikely that the help output is kept more precise/up to date than it is currently.

Though as usual patches to improve the situation are welcome ;)
