Well, I tried once again, with a new login name, wait before activating the
link in the new registration email, but still got the same error message
"This account is protected. You are not allowed to access this until the
account protection is lifted"
So, how do I post a report to the bugtracker, if I cannot register ?
And now, I am receiving a lot of automatic mails from Mantis (several times
the same), and I cannot stop this flow (all my tries have apparently created
accounts without allowing me to access them !!!)
How can I get this corrected ? Any contact to an administrator of this tool.

I saw you tried to register 3 times. Did you recieve any mail with your
account info ?
