Ok, I see what you mean about the resizing issue, but how does Delphi manage it? See the attached image from Delphi's OI. The space under the writting is much less than under Lazarus.
I don't know fonts that well, but it looks like Lazarus is using a different font to Delphi. Not sure about the size. Can one specify the font to be used in the Lazarus Object Inspector somehow, to see if I can match Delphi's one (any idea what font that is) and then compare the two?
