Bug 1: Yes, fixed.

Bug 3: Almost there. The foreground color button works, but the
background color button doesn't.
Very weird! I just got the latest SVN version of Lazarus (to double
check), and Bug 3 is now reversed. The foreground button doesn't work,
but the background button does. :(
