I cant find PopupOnlyLocate in the Object Inspector. Also giving the
following in OnFormCreate show error as identifier not found.
RXDBLookupCombo1.PopupOnlyLocate:=false;

Look at the PopupOnlyLocate property. It should be set to False, by
default it is True.
