That's not really PHP's problem; you can write spaghetti code with any 
language.

The problem is who writes the code.

With the vast majority of WebDesigners (~90%) not being programmers but 
rather script-kiddies, it becomes obvious why a RAD-style WebIDE like 
ASP.NET is necessary.

And that doesn't prove that ASP.NET is superior, but rather that MS beat the 
competition to the punch, much like it did with VB over Delphi.

Hence the need for IntraWEB.
