Rozbeh seemed to think that no WM_MOUSEMOVE were generated on wince or that they
were not handled in the LCL. Your experience indicates otherwise.
The following patch remove the comment and all is working fine.
On a PocketPC the mousemove event is raised when you drag the stylus on
the screen surface.
With this change I am now able pan a big image on the screen using the
stylus.
