Have the same under KDE - and the same problem.
AFAIK with X11 two Monitors are handled as one big - so the program using X11 knows nothing about the dimensions of the monitors - so that's not a Lazarus-specific problem but an issue for every program on X11...

So the Dialogs are subdivided into two sections by the monitors.
