[lazarus] .deb packages on sourceforge

Hi.. does someone knows who is handling .deb packages on sourceforge at this address?

I'd like to use the amd64 versions but there are some packages missing:
fp-utils <http://downloads.sourceforge.net/lazarus/fp-utils_2.0.4-1_i386.deb?modtime=1175091265&big_mirror=1> fp-ide <http://downloads.sourceforge.net/lazarus/fp-ide_2.0.4-1_i386.deb?modtime=1175091107&big_mirror=1> 

That are required from the "lazarus" package.
