Has this been fixed?
See #10310 ussue.
It has solved by distibution BllCore and BllMath packages to two
different his owned directories - that Vincent Snijders hint.
After this action, lazarus have compiled cleanly, and all three packages
(lazCal,BllMath,BllCore) have installed and functional.
