Talked about compiling IDE from itself, as i mean...
1. svn update
2. make clean
3. make
4. startlazarus.exe
5. Tools->Configure "Build Lazarus"
6. Switch "Clean Up + Buld all" to ON
7. Go to "Advanced build options", switch starter to "none" position
8. "With packages" switch to ON
9. Press Build
got:
