I can not find a bug report about TScrollBox under Win32/64.
The scroll has been broken for a long time now, but may be I use a
wrong method to do it.
Way to reproduce it :
- Put a ScrollBox on a form
- AutoScroll = True
- Put several Panel, align = AlTop. The sum of their height must be
> the height of the scroll box
- At runtime, when you scroll, all panels go down instead of go up :)
