[lazarus] IDE patch to "dock Messages on Editor"

Hi to all,

I have created a Patch to Dock the IDE Messages form on the "Source Code
Editor" form (at bottom).

See the attached screenshot.

I have just tested the Patch on Win32/QT/Gtk2 interface.

What do you think to apply this patch to the official SVN?
