The backupscan.rb script has been updated again. Now at version 1.5, the backupscan.rb script may be used to scan multiple log files and provide consolidated reports based upon the results.
This release of backupscan.rb is focused on improving reliability. The key improvement is relating to warnings about backups which have not been initiated within a specified time frame. The latest version will now detect lock file entries within the backup log. These entries are now ignored with regards backup start times.
