All seems correct. >An additional question about the CIE diagram: Are the markers the original >values from the IT8-Data and the trace shows the error induced by the >profile (not marked end = value of the profile)? Yes. But a note of warning. This is a projection of a 3D solid into a 2D plane, so the only use for this diagram is as a way to take a coarse idea. The new profiler will have a display of the 3D solid, wich I hope would be a lot more usefull that the 2D diagram. >An additional question to Marti: Will there be something like the profile >checker in the new profiler tool? Yes, with many new features. beta2 has a preliminar error report on generated profiles, beta3 will have some graphic tools for visualiza that as well as analyse for external profiles as well. >An additional question to everybody: I am on WinXP SP1 and have problems >with long filenames (exceeding 58 chars + 4 for extension) when I try to >open with the lcms_profiler_beta2 (file just don't open). Anybody with the >same problem? Humm.. I will try to reproduce that. regards, Marti Maria The little cms project http://www.littlecms.com [EMAIL PROTECTED] ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: SF.net Giveback Program.
