Argyll is fine. There are other profilers, either free or commercial.  
All what you need is a bunch of  measurements  RGB/Lab. That is, draw an 
RGB value on the mobile and use a colorimeter to measure the  obtained 
Lab. You can stream the bitmaps by using VNC or just display a big image 
with all patches... the bigger number of patches, the better the 
profile. For a mobile you will need a LUT-based profile, Matrix-shaper 
is not enough in this case. That means 200 patches at least. Remember to 
turn off any image-processing or enhancement software. You need the 
native display only. Once you get the table RGB/Lab, create a CGATS file 
and feed the profiler. Most profilers do accept this format.

I did this process  and I can assure you it works, but it takes a lot of 
time and effort to take the measurements. You will only get pleasant 
results in a dark room, the ambient light/the viewing conditions changes 
dramatically the perception of colors.
