So, if you include TargetConditionals.h before lcms2.h, the endianess  
detection does not work. Ok, this is a bug because including  
TargetConditionals.h is what you are supposed to do. I will fix that,  
but unfortunately it is too late for 2.6. Thanks for reporting!
