Dear all,

  I am trying to work on a low level issue in OpenJPEG. For reference
all steps (*) are logged at:

 http://code.google.com/p/openjpeg/issues/detail?id=311

  I have little experience with ICC profile, so I was wondering if I
was doing anything wrong. I have extracted the ICC profile from a JP2
file, and then applied it on the decompressed JP2 (before color
conversion of course). I thought this would generate identical results
with what a referenced software for JPEG 2000 (kakadu) would be doing
but it is not.

  My question is can I simply use tificc (lcms2 2.5 from debian) this way:

$ tificc -ifile5.jp2.icm rgb.ppm.jp2.tif file5.j2k.tificc.tif

where:

$ wtpt file5.jp2.icm
Show media white of profiles, identifying black body locus. v2

Restricted ICC profile describing ROMM-RGB
WhitePoint : D50
XYZ=(1.0, 1.0, 0.8)
Lab=(100.000, 0.001, -0.000)
(x,y)=(0.346, 0.359)
Hue=319.82, Chroma=0.00

Should I be paying attention to any particular flag in `tificc` before
applying this particular ICC profile ?

Thanks for suggestion,

[*] You can download file5.jp2.icm or rgb.ppm.jp2.tif directly from
the openjpeg bug referenced
