Does the S10U7-based guest domain have a ZFS root ? For SPARC, 512MB
isn't really enough to run Solaris (it'll sometimes work but any
extensive use will eventually result in problems like the one below).
I personally don't bother with anything under 1G but 768MB typically
should be OK.
