We plan to implement Oracle 10G Rack on LDoms. We like to implement Oracle 10
R2 on two Solaris 10 guest LDoms without using veritas cluster. Basically,
point two guest domains to the same virtual disk then let Oracle do the
failover.

Currently, I am testing to export a virtual storage from the service domain to
two different guest domains by using the following information.

http://docs.sun.com/source/820-4894-10/chapter5.html#Z40014591308038
"To Export a Virtual Disk Backend Multiple Times"

I am able to export the virtual disk to the guest domains and see the new entry
for disk in the /etc/path-to-inst. However, we can not import the pool that was
exported from the primary.

primary: zpool create -f storage c1t7d0s3

primary: zfs create storage/test

primary: ldm add-vdiskserverdevice /storage/test vol-test at primary-vds0

primary: ldm add-vdisk vdisk0 vol-test at primary-vds0 tcxdldp004

primary: zpool export storage

Please let me know if you can provide any information to support this activity..

Thanks...
