>From my build docs:
1.Configure virtual network servers
ldm add-vsw net-dev=e1000g0 v515-vsw0 primary #vlan 515 on vsw0 under e1000g0
ldm add-vsw net-dev=e1000g1 v516-vsw1 primary #vlan 516 on vsw1 under e1000g1
ldm add-vsw net-dev=e1000g2 v517-vsw2 primary #vlan 517 on vsw2 under e1000g2
ldm add-vsw net-dev=e1000g3 v599-vsw3 primary #vlan 599 on vsw3 under e1000g3

7) Add a virtual network to this domain
             ldm add-vnet domainname-vlan vswname domainname
ldm add-vnet domainname-vlan-z# vswname domainname (add
exclusive NIC for zones)

   ie. for domain name foo:
  ldm add-vnet foo-515 v515-vsw0 foo
Solaris 10u5 allows TCP stack inside zones so we create a virtual for the
zones
  ldm add-vnet foo-515-z1 v515-vsw0 foo
  ldm add-vnet foo-515-z2 v515-vsw0 foo

Let me know if this helps.
