When configuring two service domains on a system with dual sockets, are
the vCPUs assigned to the domain automatically selected on the chip that
has direct access to I/O?

I would imagine that when configuring the primary domain the vCPUs that
are assigned to it on boot-up are on the first chip, and that it is
possible to assign only I/O to that domain that comes off of that chip.
What happens when you create a guest domain that has other I/O on the
second chip assigned to is?

Thanks
Steffen
