Yes. In general if an application runs on bare metal sun4v then it should run on a guest domain. If you discover that is not the case, then it's a bug and we'd like to know about it. A very small set of applications that access lower level drivers for storage such as volume management and clustering have had limitations up to now and in those cases could only run on I/O domains. Those particular limitations are gone as of snv_80 because support for USCSI has just been integrated into the vDisk drivers. -- Liam
