Only Solaris & OpenSolaris are supported by Sun but Linux is known to work. > Are there any functional limitations when working with a non-Solaris > guest ? LDoms requires virtualized drivers for disk, network, etc to be written for any OS which want to run as a guest domain. In the case of Linux, these drivers were integrated into the 2.6.23 kernel and I believe Ubuntu, Gentoo & Debian have them in their releases (I personally haven't tried them in a long time). - Liam
