Yes, you can do that.

However, you will need to reboot at least once, so this will mean
interruption of service to your zones.

Please read the introduction to LDoms on how to configure your control
domain and any guests:

please bear in mind that for you to have LDom guests, you will need to take
away CPU/Memory from your primary, which also hosts your zones.

To take advantage of the latest LDom features, I would also recommend you
read the release notes to LDoms 1.1 and consider upgrading your OS to
Solaris 10 05/09.
