I am not sure whats triggering this failure exactly, but there is
a known issue with IPMP probe based failure mechanism. The
automatic algorithm that is used to determine a probe/target system for
failure detection may not work well, it may use other guest domain
or service domain's IP address for probing. To workaround this,
Please configure the target system explicitly as follows and see if
resolves your problem:

Explicitly configure a target system for probing by adding a route entry
like the following:

   route add -host destination-IP gateway-IP -static

For example:

   route add -host 192.168.102.1 192.168.102.1 -static
