I've set up a similar system:

2xT2000 with Solaris 10 U5, and Cluster 3.2U1, a cluster between two guest 
domains in
different physical systems.

Everything seems to work properly, but there are a some network issues.
When I switch a network resource from one node to the other I receive this 
message:

May  9 15:31:58 cardiologa arp: [ID 994748 kern.notice] ar_query_xmit: Could 
not find the ace

Anyway, I've posted a short tutorial about how to install SC3.2U1 between 2 
guest domains with Solaris 10 U5:
