I have setup several LDOMS by creating a zfs filesystem and building a mkfile. I present the mkfile to the LDOM as its root filesystem and install solaris. This procedure allows me to move LDOMS between hardware since the drives are SANS devices and viewable on two or more systems. What I need is a way to be able to get inside this mkfile just in case something goes wrong. Is there a way to mount the OS inside the mkfile? I have tried lofiadm which does assign a device driver to the mkfile but mount rejects all FS types I have tried.....
