Yes it is possible check the sun.com/blueprints site for a paper talking 
about cluster on ldoms.

But why would you want to ?...

One of the core ideas behind clusters is to remove single points of 
failure by duplicating hardware...a cluster within a single physical 
server is effectively building in a single point of failure... the 
server. In spite of it being possible its not a recommended config.
