Hi David

Regarding LDoms, you probably won't find a comprehensive list of apps
that work with LDoms, mainly because all applications in the
SPARC/Solaris portfolio (5000 or so?) all just work. Solaris running in
an LDom guest environment is just Solaris, all the same interfaces are
there, binary compatibility is there, etc.

Now, I would like to qualify that just a bit. We all know some of the
largest customer applications (e.g. Oracle) get re-certified to give
customers assurance of correct operation. There are a number of
applications that have been "certified" for use with LDoms, that is
largely a decision the ISV makes, not Sun. I can help get you that
information. System management products (e.g. CA Unicenter, Scalent
VOE, Ecoviv Wand) are typically modified to manipulate and control
LDoms, so there are specific versions of these management products that
support LDoms (again, I can provide that info if our web is out of
date). Volume managers are the last class of application that come to
mind that also require modification in order to optimize for virtual
environments. Symantec Storage Foundation is a good example of this.
