I have an issue with ldmp2v tool.
I am running a test of this tool to convert a sun4u to a logical domain.

I follow the manual and the steps are :
on the physical machine :

ldmp2v collect -d /mnt/server1

on the control domain :

ldmp2v prepare -d /nfs-share/server1 server1 server1

ldmp2v convert -i /sol_10_1009.iso -d /nfs-share/server1 server1

than answer to the question about sys-id and then choose upgrade as describe in
the manual.

after the completion of the installation the domain won't boot.
it hangs (for ever) in :

"Use is subject to license terms
WARNING: ncp1: only one instance (0) allowed"

the last warning is a different bug :

http://bugs.opensolaris.org/bugdatabase/view_bug.do;jsessionid=7410564de044b0b9826510856fca?bug_id=6905204

and if I resolve it - it just hangs in the boot without this warning.

the physical server is V240 with Solaris 10 - 10/09 and recommended patch
bundle installed.

the ldm manger version is 1.3 and also the ldmp2v tool is 1.3.

thank in advance,
Ori
