Bonjour Menno,
Thank you for your answer.
The source machine is a V890 in Solaris 10U6.
The target machine is a T5240 in Solaris 10U6.
You said, this problem happen sometimes, what is for you "sometimes", because I do twice
this manipulation, and I get twice the problem. For me, it's not "sometimes" ?
Will be there a fix on this problem ?
I consider that the workaround is not a workaround because I can't modify the
release hardware of the T5240 or on the source machine.
Can I find in the release note of the ldmp2v, this incompatibility about the
same release hardware between the source and target machine ?
Hi Jaqcues,
"sometimes" as in "it has been seen on some systems/configurations", as
opposed to "it sometimes works and it sometimes doesn't on the same
system". Your system is in the first category unfortunately, and I can't
offer another workaround. Since it was first reported after release of
1.3, it is not yet in the Release Notes.
Once the cause for this is determined, a fix can be developed. If you
have a support contract please open a case for this issue so it gets the
proper attention.
Menno
