Hi,

If your guests are stored as sparse files on ZFS or on ZFS volumes, you can use 
the send/receive feature of ZFS to transmit a copy. Probably best to do it 
after 
hours or when there is little I/O, do a snapshot/clone and send it over to your 
target host.
