There is a third part to the ldmp2v which you have not done.
After the prepare you need to do a convert
something like
ldmp2v convert -i <path to iso image of solaris 10> -d /data/destination
newldom

I am converting a Solaris 10 physical box V254 to LDOM and using the LDMP2V tool
I started on the source machine:
ldmp2v collect -d /data/destination newldom (no errors)
Then I prepared on target host:
ldmp2v prepare -d /data/destination -v newldom (no errors)
I thien bind it and start it:
ldm bind newldom
ldm starta newldom
OK> boot
File just loaded does not appear to be executable
What might I be doing wrong?
