Please do not assume everyone knows what your acronyms mean.
What is "OEM-OC"? Are you talking about Oracle Enterprise Manager 12c?
If so what does "OC" mean?
How would Oracle Enterprise Manager help my particular situation?
(Yes we have hardware maintenance)
