Hi Steve, You are right on the observations. But for a new bishopric any information is nice to have. Getting that information from the old bishopric is not always the way to go. People see things differently depending on their situation. And your worries about it being documented for all time could easily be fixed, expired the data after x years.

Even if the program lead to this results, I'd suggest that that would be more information then the vast majority of leaders are getting today and the comments could actually serve as a spring board to know identify folks for quorum leaders to follow up on personally.
