I'm looking for someone that has had experience in creating themes for Joomla (
http://www.joomla.org )(an open source content management system). If you have
had experience or know of someone that has, please let me know. Interaction
designers at the Church will be coming up with a look and feel that we need to
have converted to a Joomla template.
