All legalities aside Vonage is the only "cool" provider that I know of
that allows a call to be initiated from a REST or XML/RPC call:
https://secure.click2callu.com/ something easily done in JavaScript.
That's the only real reason for the attempt.

I'm open for other ideas across the board at lds.org. Let get hacking!
