Ward Tools from www.ldstools.com and a palm or windows mobile based device will allow you to access everything your Bishop could ask for. In fact when he sees it he may get one himself and stop asking you for the info.

Right, I know how to export the csv, but I was wondering if anyone had
a good format they stored it in or an application of some sort beside
the default address book. I would like to keep the Ward list separate
from my main address book if possible.

Thanks again

Go to your ward web site, click on membership directory and then "cvs"
in the upper right of the list of names/contact info.

I currently have a BlackBerry and serve as the Ward Clerk in my Ward.
I often think how awesome it would be to have the Ward list in my
BlackBerry in case the Bishop or a Bishopric counselor emails me
asking for information on a family. I've thought about writing a macro
for Outlook that would import information from a csv file exported
from MLS, but was wondering if anyone knew of a better way.

Thanks!
