It looks like the script depends on top panel menu. Guess it has been automated with Ubuntu distribution.
Prasanth, Can you please move those scripts to some directory like Ubuntu (distribution specific) ?

It appears that the gedit application does not start. I would appreciate any help you might be able to give me.
