Version 4.0.3 is available for download at
http://projects.sourceforge.net/seawall.

This is a bug fix roll up release that corrects the following problems:

1) If "iproute2" is installed and the internet interface has more than one
IP address, the firewall fails to start.
2) In a PPP environment, the firewall failed to start.
3) Coyote and LRP users could not run active mode FTP clients from
   masqueraded systems.
4) Under Coyote and LRP, ICQ chat and file transfer failed from
   masqueraded systems.
5) On LRP and Coyote, a "seawall restart" produced the message
"/var/log/subsys/firewall: no such file or directory"
6) Where more that one tunnel terminated at the firewall, the firewall was
   allowing routing between peer subnets.
7) On Coyote and LRP system, a large ipchains ruleset could cause the
shell to segfault in "seawall monitor".
