Everyone,
I just finished updating everyone's developer permissions to work with the new SF
Tracker. Right now David and Charles are by default assigned Oxygen and EigerStein
support requests. I don't think David and Charles should have to respond to requests
unless we're unable to resolve the problem. I'd like a couple of volunteers for
initial handling of EigerStein and Oxygen support requests. Is anyone interested in
the job?
notes: * familiarity with the release is required
* must be willing to check the support area regularly
* you can assign other developers to the question or answer it
yourself
