determine if the SF staff fixed the file release problem below.

~ (2001-05-10) The SourceForge development team is currently working to
~ resolve the issue with the file release system which was introduced
~ during the 2001-05-09 site synchronization. Additional details will be
~ posted as they become available. The file release system is currently
~ offline pending repairs; this is a known issue.
Also, when you're ready to release the new iso, send me email off list. I'd
like to avoid using the anonymous ftp area this time. Thanks.
