So did I three years ago (SVNCV LRP package) and since then I am working 
with it to access some Linux and Windows systems from LRP. I agree with

Perhaps a floppy is a bit to tight for any window manager of X... but what 
about alternatives to X? I am thinking about W and MGR. I am thinking about 
packing them up for LRP for some time now... but haven´t really taken the 
time to do it. You can find links to both at my site

you´re gonna like them both :)
