All right, Due to current issues, I happen to be playing with Remote X-Window seesions over ssh, learned a lot, it was fun and all that. But web browsing over X-Window/ssh sessions were a 'little' slow. So, I played with 'lynx', the ever popular text browser. Not bad, but any page with tables kind of was difficult. In any case, at the LUG meeting earlier this week, another browser named 'links' was mentioned and demo'd. Now this is COOL! It habdles tables, I can read adn post from my webmail accounts, it kills those stupid video ads. One person said it had issues with accepting cookies and redirects, but whatever comes on a stock Red-Hat 7 box, must have the patches to compensate as I've only had issues twice. The mouse works in an X-Window session, there is a menu activated by the [esc] key. Fun stuff. -sp _______________________________________________ Leaf-devel mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/leaf-devel
