Brad,
Thanks for the information. However, there is little any of us can do
about SF spam prevention. We must wait for the SF staff to implement a
solution. Sorry.

The new version of Mailman may provide additional controls for us, but
it wont provide a solution by itself.

The only measure left to us currently is to make the devel, user, and
hardware lists member only.
