Patches are already applied. I do not have a development environment.
All my work is using what Jacques and others publish.

Mohan, did you apply the bridge-nf patches (links from
http://bridge.sourceforge.net/)? I didn't see anything to that effect in
the original document. I haven't tried it, but looks interesting.
