Strange but in web CVS all looks OK (look at http://leaf.cvs.sourceforge.net/viewvc/leaf/src/bering-uclibc4/buildtool/tools/ ), also during update my cvs tree I don't saw buildtool/tools/tools directory. Are you shure that it isn't local trouble?
